This primitive's disgusting; in many ways his drama-queenism reminds me a great deal of myself.

But I'm more mature than him; if I do a drama-queen thing and nobody pays attention, I get the message; "your drama-queenism is boring, pal."

Ah, well, you know it's hard for MFM to see how other people are actually responding, because he's so busy looking in the mirror that he really can't see much else.  The MFM's GBCW (For Today Only) thread was attention-whoring first, then drama-queening over the failure of his attention-whoring.

I dunno why, but that's what it is.

The deal is, the real franksolich doesn't whine when people don't pay attention to my posts; there's probably a good reason they don't, and so I essay to find out why.

The answer's inevitably this: if franksolich has something of substance to say, everybody reads and responds.  If franksolich posts something purely for reasons of ego or attention, nobody reads or responds.

It's a good lesson.

This primitive's not going to be a franksolich anywhere until he figures that out.
