1. All wealth above $10 Million... 100%
2. Wealth $5 to $10 Million... 50%
3. Wealth $3 to $5 Million... 40%
4. Wealth $1 to $3 Million... 20%

Less than $1 Million: No reduction, but income tax rates should be brought back to Eisenhower era with NO loopholes.
