Actually, it wasn't until late last night that I discovered something.
I know, I know; slow learner.
Anyway, I used to always type the "quote" thing in its brackets, and then for here, also the "size" thing.
I always typed them out, by hand.
Then I discovered something
When one is on the "post reply" screen, there's a bunch of icons near the top of the page. I usually never pay attention to icons, looking for text instead.
The penultimate icon on the bottom of two rows makes

If one puts the blinking vertical line in between the ][, and punches the penultimate icon on the top of the two rows, the "A" with arrows, one gets
, to make the font in quoted material larger, and more readable.
So one has
, which is what one wants.
And then one simply puts the blinking vertical line in between the
and , and inserts the copied text.
Really. I never knew this.
