On Friday, U.S. courts spokeswoman Karen Redmond said the Office of Probation in the Central District of California was reviewing whether Nakoula, who has been convicted on bank fraud charges, violated terms of his probation in relation to the video and its uploading onto the Internet. He had been ordered not to own or use devices with access to the Internet without approval from his probation officer -– and any approved computers were to be used for work only. "Defendant shall not access a computer for any other purpose," the terms read.Restrictions were also placed on him enlisting others to get on the Internet for him.
I dont get it, he was arrested on a probation violation not because the film was anti-muslimhttp://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2012/09/anti-muslim-film-nakoula-basseley-innocence-muslims.html

What is his work? Isn't he a writer and film maker/ If so then it sounds like this would deal with his work.
The timing of the arrest tells us what is really the motivation behind it. Muslim appeasement and nothing more. If probation violation was the real reason they would have nabbed him when the video was first released.
I disagree they would have had no idea that he posted it until it went viral.
Then his probation officer wasn't doing his job.
