Article:  CLICKY

I can't help but feel, she might be doing his campaign almost as much damage as Wright.

of course she is.  and cindy mccain will be, too, before it is all over with.

I wonder if people will see the parallels between hillary and michelle.  having that brawling harridan as first lady was no fun at all.  that is one of the reasons that laura is such a breath of fresh air.

I've not doubt Cindy will be giving some bleak moments to the McCain campaign, in fact I'm shocked that some of her statements haven't taken off more already.  The only condolence McCain might have is, Cindy really just comes off as the Trophy wife of sorts who doesn't care about the power of a first lady.... while Michelle... or Hillary for that matter, just come off as craving it like an ebil Jedi.

Yes, I used a star wars reference  :cheersmate:

oh, the MSM will smear cindy as an empty headed do nothing, who has had everything in life handed to her, while The MichelleStar! is an accomplished hospital administrator.  which is an odd thing to be for a person with a law degree, until you realize that she got a huge raise after Baroque was elected to the senate.

I'm already seeing ugly things about Cindy McCain on DU.

That article is hilarious... did the Boston Globe say they supported Clinton?

Quote
And unfortunately for Obama and his allegedly sunny politics of hope, what Mrs. Obama seems to say with grim regularity is that America is a scary, bleak, and hopeless place.

Here she is, for instance, in Wisconsin.

And in South Carolina.

And in North Carolina.

There is also her creepily authoritarian vision of life under an Obama administration. From a speech in California:

"Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism. That you put down your divisions. That you come out of your isolation, that you move out of your comfort zone . . . Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual - uninvolved, uninformed."
