Not really there are millions of woman with a need for birth controll. They are not whores just woman struggling to support 3+ kids their husbands walked away from.

Kids in college that are away form home for the first time and get themselves in one heck of a mess. Even your 13 year old daughter that goes to a party specifiably have Adults supervising the event. Would you not run run our to get a pill that would
stop any pregnancy from beginning ??
No this is not the governments job to stop prengancy------so why is is the governments job to at any time to stop a pregnancy at any time with abortion.

If government will pay for Abortion on a child, they should pay to insure this never happens.
Vesta, are you honestly suggesting that women with 3 kids whose husband walked out are the majority? And that a freaking ADULT can't ask her doctor for a prescription for $10 generics? Barring that, that she doesn't have enough sense to find a planned parenthood who will take people on a sliding scale. Of course, there's condoms and foam. Used properly (one would think an adult would know how) they have the same effectiveness as other methods. OR, perhaps the most practical (and as a mother already raising children she can barely afford) is to keep her damn legs closed an concentrate on raising her children since they'll have enough problems dealing with daddy walking out. They don't need to worry about mom sleeping around too.
And do you know the array of information available to college students about birth control? It's everywhere...bulletin boards, admin, health center. Birth control IS available this is a red herring. Yes, they're away from home for the first time but does that mean they have to be completely irresponsible? Can't we at least expect them to find the free clinics LISTED IN BROCHURES AND POSTED ON BULLETIN BOARDS every fricken place and get their free pills, condoms, etc. So, yes, I expect them to do the responsible thing if they get pregnant. I was a pretty wild child, but even in high school I was responsible enough to get birth control. There were no generics. I had a minimum wage part time job. In college, I hopped my ass down to Planned Parenthood for birth control. Got a bag of condoms with my pills, too, in case I needed them before the pill started working.
As for my 13 year old, no way he or she is going to be at that kind of party (we all know who the parents are that are not responsible). And whether or not I chose to get her the morning after pill, the operative word is "I", I don't think I'd run down to the local social services office and ask them to point me to the nearest place to get my 13 year old to get a pill and, "oh, by the way, can you pay for it too?"
What do you call a woman who has sex with such shitty men that run the other way when she get's pregnant? You spread your legs, married, single or selling it, be responsible. If you insist on sleeping with assholes, then yes, the burden is on you because having sex is a CHOICE.
As to the government paying for it, until 0bamacare it didn't. After Romney wins, it won't again. Read the Hyde Amendment.
