Rumor has it that the mayor of San Antonio, Julian Castro, has his eyes set on the Presidency in 2016. Castro will be the keynote speaker in the Democratic convention starting Tuesday.

In my opinion, he does not have enough experience to be President, plus he is too young.

The same could have applied to Obama, but that didn't stop racists and white apologists from voting for him.

Mayor?  Good luck with that.  You'll be in the back of the field with the rest of the also-rans.

If someone told me Karl Dean was going to run for President, I'd laugh them out of the room.

Based on that one picture he looks totally gay.
Nothing's gonna stop him from running. But I doubt that being keynote speaker will give him the name recognition needed to make a serious run.

does he talk with a lisp?

The track record of San Antonio mayors running for President isn't all that great
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

If they elected a community origanizer as President, why wouldn't they elect a mayor? I mean the mayor does more than a community organizer does.

If he does run they will start with the Repubs are racists towards latino's and hate illegals. Look for it.

As a realistic stance, though - Hillary is running in 2016. So there is no way that clown will make it past the primaries.

How do you know he is gay? He had his wife and daughter there last night. She is kinda hot. It is shame she is a moonbat nutcase. I'm not saying he isn't, but he is married.

If he is, they will also start with the Republicans hate the LGBT community.

Doesn't matter who runs, Romney will win a second term.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Not if we tie an albatross named Obama around his neck.

I wonder if Hillary would even try to challenge Romney, especially when the economy is poised to make giant gains in the next 4 years, or would she pull a Nixon and let someone else fall on that sword and run in 2020.

In 2020 the Republican ticket will be Ryan/Cheney.  :-)

Well, is there a Texas Senate seat is up for grabs in the mid-terms?  That seems to be all you need in the Dhimmi'Rat party to gain sufficient gravitas to make a presidential run.

I don't know that he is gay. I first saw his picture right here at the top of the page...and brother that shot is screaming gay.

I did watch a bit of his speech. No lisp. Yes he is married with a cute kid.
But if he is not gay he is a screaming metro-sexual pretty boy. They said he was the next Obama, and sure enough he is all image and no real substance. San Antonio has serious problems that pretty boy ran on, and 4 years later: not a single problem is fixed. He will not be running for reelection I'm guessing.

This guy appears to be the next Breck Girl in the making.

Funny, they said all Sarah Palin was "only" a mayor and governor and they see him once and want him to be president.  :whatever:  Look at the crime rate in San Antonio since he has been mayor and the school ratings.

I don't know if he is pretty enough for Democrats. He doesn't look much different than a brunette Mrs. Clinton.

You'd have to admit that's more the fault of Mrs. Clinton than Mr. Castro, though. :puke:
