The south side if I remember correctly is pretty bad.
I took a wrong turn once and I never seen so many cars on cement blocks.
When I worked for the old IL Bell/Ameritech there were some neighborhoods repairmen were not allowed to go into alone.
You should see Mckeesport and Duquesne in Pittsburgh then. They are some pretty rough neighborhoods. Every time you see on the news about a crime. 9 times out of 10 it is from one of those two areas.
Duquesne doesn't have all paved roads. There are still a lot ot brick roads. And the houses are run down, but most have cadillacs sitting out front. I think we can all guess where they got the money for those. I find it funny because they care about the look of their car more than the look of their house.
