Ted Nugent, Dennis Miller, Jane Fonda, Charlton Heston, ... are dead to me. Clint Eastwood, however, inflicted enough damage to the "GOP brand" that I don't feel obliged to, for example, avoid his movie ("Dangerous Curves"??) coming out in a few weeks.

I don't think he inflicted much damage at all. Mostly for the fact that the only people who hate the speech are liberal douchebags.

This morning a local CBS radio station reported that "people are buzzing" over Clint Eastwood's "strange speech" where he talked in a "bizarre" way to an "empty chair that was supposed to represent Presiident Obama."

Well, yes, it was bizarre, and that is why it was funny and made a point!!!

Unless you are a Leftist and deliberately feign incomprehension at what he was doing!  

To be sure, it took him a while to get going - he is 82 and showed a little shakiness - but by the end he was fine.

All I can say in response is: Go to hell you Obama-shilling crybabies. Eastwood showed more grit and honestly in those few minutes than you water carriers have during your entire propaganda-for-the-collective careers.

What Eastwood did tonight was funnier, fresher, edgier,  and braver than anything those comedy cowards Chris Rock, Jon Stewart or Stephen Colbert have done in 15 years.

82 years-old, and Dirty Harry is still pissing all the right people off

I thought Clint's speech was great. I think his style was on purpose to be folksy. He was being genuine and smiling as he put the many knives right into 0bama's ego. The empty chair was a great metaphor. I laughed, I cried, I loved it. Of all the speeches Clint's was the one that mercilessly ridiculed the narcissist with a smile on his face. What I also knew was the media was going to go ape shit on him.  

Rubio was the one I thought went on too long. If he could have cut off the last five minutes it would have been perfect.

The couple with the dying son was another gut blow to 0bama.

As fat Mikey Moore says, "Get used to saying President Romney."  

OAN, just read on Drudge that the democrats are giving away tickets to 0's speech next week in the local Charlotte bars.

It wasn't a speech, it was a presentation, and it was fantastic.

The communists are trying to savage his delivery because they are so devastated by its content.

I was stunned myself. I always think of Clint as a half-cracked semi-ronbot, and was apprehensive before he started, but he did a fabulous job.
