Well now, that's not quite true.

There are women with significant bodily defects (none here on conservativecave, though; everybody here's beautiful people to franksolich), some of them even worse than the oblate spheroid.

But they do little tricks and stuff that minimize the defect, ranging from a slight improvement in their looks clear to where the problem's not even noticed.  I dunno what tricks they use, because I'm not a women's clothier or hair-dresser, but they do something.

Vlada Mitty on the other hand purposely goes out of her way to uglify herself, and I think it's her way of expressing her contempt for people.
