The Metropolitan Police Service has this morning 21 May 2008 carried out raids across London to tackle domestic, homophobic and race hate crime. In a scene right out of the "Nazi Times," or "Stalin's Purge," Bobbies arrested 200 Londoners in a pre-dawn raid across 29 burroughs this week in their 8th annual Operation Athena.
The operation tackles domestic, homophobic and race hate crimes. While this year's arrests are not yet detailed, in the past raids have rounded up journalists who wrote positively about fox hunting (a racial crime),..
