Well This just ruined my day!!!!
So like I've said before I'm the GM for a 1500 seat theatre in Central Illinois. This a very conservative community to the extent that it would hurt ticket sales if people knew for sure that me and my boss were as liberal as we are. We know such acts like Ted Nugent would sell out here very quickly but have pledged never to book him. We are starting up our 3rd season next month with an act that I remember enjoying as kid - Ray Stevens. You remember "The Streak", right? Well it seems funny man has turned into a serious right wing teabagging Asshole!

As I checked it out - he's got a lot of anti Obama stuff out the past few years.

This makes me want to puke!

Crap, I somehow meant to edit my post and ended up deleting it.

Ray Stevens is a country singer. Name a country singer, besides the Dixie Chicks, who are liberal moonbats? If there are any, they won't come out and say it because their sales would tank. The Country fans are majorly overwhelmingly conservative. You would think that with the DUmmies being so smart, he would have known that by now.

It is the same with Nascar. They are majority Republican/Conservative as well..

Steve Earle is a big time liberal. But I do not know how successful he has been after Copperhead Road back in the early 1990s.

The only song I know of from him is 'Copperhead Road'. He was a one hit wonder. He does have a cult following, but I don't recall him stating his political beliefs?

I don't think it'll be too long before jorno gets himself "Wallduded". Especially if he rants about Ray Stevens the day after the show on DU.

Funny how they really don't understand how that could happen to them, and oe they're only remorseful when they lose their jobs.

In his eyes, it seems quite well.

And Ray Stevens Records, his publicist at Absolute Publicity, and his booking agent at The Bobby Roberts Company.

When your venture eventually fails, and it will since your political beliefs are more important to you than the needs of your market, think back on this post and despair before kicking the chair under your feet away for your final neck-stretching exercise.

Walldude was the DUmmy who boasted about putting subliminal messages about how Bush sucks on a power point presentation, someone from our old home figured out who he worked for and let them know what he did and he got canned.

One really long sentence does that work?  :-)
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.
