One could hope that someone in the General Population takes exception to his brand of crazy and decides to expedite Breivik's appeal to The Higher Judge.

What kind of prisons do they have in Norway? My only experience is the TV show Lillyhammer where they looked pretty nice. But I don't know if that is just low security and my ignorance is so vast on this subject, where is Nadin when one needs her expertise?

It's effectively a life sentence.  They don't release prisoners after there sentence in Norway, unless they're no longer deemed a threat to society.

Very interesting video on Bastoey prison in Norway.  Honestly, it is nice enough that I could probably live there happily.

He's never going to be set free, which is good. Under a better prepared justice system, he'd be given the death penalty.

First, Norway doesn't have the DP.  Second, 21 years in a country club prison ain't exactly like doing a stint at San Quentin.
