What will President Romney's First EO be?

I'd like him to sign one that mandates a reduction of expenses of every Cabinet Level agency by 25%.  Give one year to get it done.

The cabinets all fall under the executive branch and he should have the legitimate authority to mandate it.  IMO that would be a good example of proving that his admin is serious about reducing the cost and size of government.

He also needs to sign one that temporarily blocks the implementation of Obamacare.

How about signing EOs reversing any spending that Obama granted that bypassed congress?

And putting a rein on foreign aid.  I believe either Obama or Hillary with Obama's permission went forward with funds for Afghanistan and the Palestinian Terrorists after congress cut some of it.

While we're in wish mode, I'd like to see his first EO be the revocation of any and all of Obama's EOs which were not routine reissuances of the ones in effect when he took office, "Pending further review."
