It's having the opposite effect of what liberals and white guilt voters thought would happen.  Instead of making blacks feel more a part of society, many are thinking that Obama should be GIVING them more of what they want.

I never have understood that whole white guilt thing.

Moronic to say the least.  Why in the hell should I feel any guilt about things that happened over a century before I was born?
