I've been meaning to ask this but have never gotten around to it. Is Biden getting dumber? Maybe time has clouded my memory, but I didn't think he was quite so dense about 25+ years ago.

I think the FDA needs to look into the long term hazards of hair plugs, myself.  I think they're causing a condition closely related to Alzheimer's; where brain cells involved in core thinking and information processing slowly atrophy and die.
