This is in a weird spot at the end of Freemont Street that is now pretty much empty.
At one time it was a large shopping center. The restaurants in front of this plaza don't seem to last more then a year.
There is a Walgreen's across the street from it which is pretty popular for hotel guests that need things.
I am not sure how well this Denny's will do. There is a lack of wedding chapels downtown. And plenty of drunk people hungry for food.

It's almost spooky walking back into this plaza as it's dark and you don't know what you are going to find. At one time there was a movie theatre there that closed up...which was the only place to see a movie downtown.
Gambling income was down 14% in June of this year compared to last year in this part of town. The strip income was down 6%. The Las Vegas visitor count is up, they are just spending money in other places. Which is good in my opinion, as there is so much to see and do and more people are bringing kids.
