Legally owned the gun he used to kill seven people.


The investigation is ongoing.

Under no circumstances do I support the death penalty. I am glad the man was shot dead as a direct result of his own actions.

I just wish he had dropped dead of a heroin overdose on Saturday night, but I do agree that I'm glad that he is dead.

I agree on the DP, and I am glad that this monster is no longer a threat to the rest of us.

What's the difference between getting shot dead by the cops and getting a lethal injection? Other than the 30 years or so in prison waiting out appeals. Either way the punk dies so why is the DP such a bad thing?

Just to get off-topic for a short comment.

I must say about the only excitement that's happened this summer, during the Great Barack Drought of '12 that's keeping the primitives at bay, a few weeks ago a state trooper on U.S. Highway 20 stopped a car bearing Maryland license plates, because it had a couple of Italian-looking people in it, one of them bald.

franksolich is always very well taken care of, by others on the alert for primitives with malicious motives.

He realized he'd jumped to conclusions, though, when he saw a ROMNEY bumper-sticker on the car.

So he just welcomed them to Nebraska, gave them a handful of tourist brochures, and two coupons, one for two free ice creams at a place further down the road, and another for two free lunches at a second place somewhat further down the road than that.
