Michael Tomasky on the (Possible) Coming Obama Landslide

I question his analysis. I rather have Romney be the underdog.

According to his analysis Romney is not only the underdog but will loose.  I suspect there is a silent undercurrent in the country that is going to sweep Romney to a comfortable victory.

The press isn't going to paint a favorable portrait of Romney they are in the pocket of the left.

I am not saying Romney is a underdog by any means. I rather have him as a underdog, so he is on his toes.

Oh I believe he is and will continue to be so. I don't think he will take anything for granted. This is going to be one hell of a dirty campaign, not from Romney but from the left.

No doubt it is going to be a dirty campaign, probably one of the dirtiest in years.

being the underdog is football is good, being the underdog in politics is bad. That being said Romney is not the underdog, he just out raised Obama for the 3rd month in a row with over $100 million raised in July and 94% of that from people who donated $250 or less

Dream on lefties. Romney has a lock on the 173 that McCain won. The other red states that Obama won last time by small margins will turn red again. It will be curtains for the Magic Negro. Figures do not lie but the liar that wrote this article figure wrongly.

72% of media coverage for Romney is bad. So of course they will make it look it like he is losing. They even rig the polls to make it look that way.

1980 all over again.  Neck and neck until the last week, when Reagan (Romney) pulls away and wins in a blowout.

This, boys and girls, is trying to sell the election and keep ratings up for as long as possible.  If the truth, if a REAL poll came out with realistic internals and sample sets, it would show Obama so far behind that the campaign would be all but over at this point.

Back during the primaries when folks we saying Romney wasn't conservative enough and therefore couldn't win I brought up the election of 1980 and Ronald Reagan .

I wouldn't say this far from the election that Obama is far enough behind he can't win. I do think the polls are BS and Romney does have a outside the margin of error lead though.  I think the so called undecideds are holding their tongues but the majority of them voting for Romney, also a handful of Dems.

Dick Morris stated that Romney is ahead in most of the battleground states and if the election were held today Romney would win. The polls are BS. If you ever need proof of this, look at the slanted exit polls in WI to recall Walker. I do not believe any of them even the Fox polls.

You can't find an unbiased poll. Which is why I quit following them this year.

Rasmussen & Zogby are the closest you can get to unbiased polling.

You always have to look at the partisan weighting in the sample.  It's the oldest trick in the book, and strolling around the Internet, you can see that everybody knows it by now.  You get samples with D+9, D+19, horseshit like that.
