Sikh Temple Shooting - Oak Creek, WI

OAK CREEK - Police and fire departments have responded to the scene of deadly shootings at a religious site in Oak Creek Sunday morning.

Pictures from Chopper 4 showed at least four people who were killed.

One witness told Newsradio 620 WTMJ's Dan O'Donnell that at least two, possible four gunman were hiding inside the temple.

Yeah, I know. I flipped from my PS3 video screen back to TV, and almost crapped myself. I'm listening to the live local stream though to get the latest. Oak Creek is only a stone's throw away from Oak Creek. The DUmmies may want to remember that before jumping to conclusions this time.

One officer was shot multiple times. Expected to survive though. The shooter was also put down. Multiple shooters though. Not sure if the cop shooter is dead or not.

He should be. :mad:

And on a Sunday, too. I hope they decide to try both the Colorado shooter, and these shooters together. Hopefully execute all of them together as well.

FOR any Civil War Buffs.   I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the New York religious sect that volunteered to fight for the North.    I am wondering if they were Sikh's ????

Been years since I read of them, colorfull people,  out laddish clothing, they wore either Turbans or Fez's carried some kind of curved knife on their belt and were totally fearless.  IIRC they refused to fight in uniform with a file closer behind them.
