I have gotten into it with our local NBC affiliate

The other day I fired off this tweet after the station aired a commercial that was full of Romney horseshit;

@TV Station - there's a reason I don't watch much of you or other local channels anymore. Mainly because I get so sick of the attack ads you air.

This was their first reply

@me wish federal law didn't require us to run them.

And this was my reply to that;

@TV Station And you don't have the intestinal fortitude to push back against these laws?

Seems I struck a nerve;

@me broadcasters do plenty of pushing back. But if it really bothers you, YOU should tell YOUR congressman to change the law.

Oh yeah. They do  plenty of pushing back.  If they really had the intestinal fortitude to tackle this problem head on and not just air any old pile of horseshit the candidate or backers push their way maybe I'd be more kindly disposed towards them and the local ABC affiliate.

I call BS. He didn't identify the TV station, thereby not allowing for verification of said event.

But then again, there is no real drama in outing a DUmpmonkey, is there?

I haven't seen much of anything from Romney, but here in red state hell I've seen tons of twisted, distorted attack ads by the jug-eared muslim.

I have as much chance of being elected in November as the jug-eared Kenyan has of winning this state.

Maybe they're network ads. Even a DUmpmonkey wouldn't spend advertising money on the muslim here.

Watching the equestrian events yesterday and it seemed that every time they would show a commercial (every 2 minutes it seemed) it was an Obama attacking Romney ad.

Thank god for DVR's I was able to fast forward on through them!!

Well it is good for Romney..The ads I have seen, is he is focusing on fixing the economy and helping America and not wasting precious money on viscious attacks towards Obama.. Obama is wasting money on attack ads, so really, who is the smarter man???

As for Romney, he is waiting till after the convention to really start pounding obama. We have to make sure he is official first. I wouldn't worry, September is going to be a good month for Romney and a terrible month for obama.
