On Olympic sports (no, not a spoiler, comment)

It is not an earth-shattering post, just the typical gNads' pontificating, pasting some of the recently Nadined information.
This too shall pass.

I thought she said sports were an opiate.

While she got a little right from google she wouldn't know dressage if a horse kicked her in the face.

FYI the origins are somewhat military but it has evolved into basic training that all horses benefit from. Now if she had an actual clue she would know that this is the dressage phase of the three day event that was developed as a military test for the cavalry.

Of course if she were as smart as she claims she would also know that Mrs. Romney's horse is entered in the dressage competition that will happen later this week (or early next week, I forget). Not the eventing one that is going on now.

With her face, it looks as if she tried to catch a few.

I wonder if she mentioned the original Olympics were performed NUDE!    :runaway:

Glad they changed that. Do you know how bad a saddle chafes on bare legs? Not to mention that I am a little top heavy and lack of a bra could hurt someone.  :o :o

And the event was for MEN only.   At one time if woman were caught watching they were killed so as not to head out gossiping about what they saw.

I think she threatens people with the 'iggy', and from time to time will post that she has her 'fans' on ignore, but I do not think she uses it at all.

With the changes in DU3, IIRC, if one is on an ignore list, the poster who put one on that list does not see the post at all, not even the blank spot with "ignored" as was seen on DU2.  Even the ignored OPs do not appear on the screen.

Yet, even though the 'fans' are said to be ignored, gNads responds to many of their pokes and jabs.  But that is what makes it fun - some of her responses.
This too shall pass.
