I think I have to remove the nozzle and clean the screen.

How do I do that? I can't get it to budge with pliers and it seems to be "glued" on with built-up lime deposits.

If not, I use CLR to dissolve deposits. Yeah, its a bunch of chemicals, so don't use it often, but it does work for stuff like this.
