Chic-fil-a is getting a lot of publicity out of this deal. And it hasn't been near as negative as whoever the first news"breaker" anticipated.
It's a private family owned company, very religious - they are closed on Sundays, and they are also very strong community supporters - to what THEY want to support. They have a bunch of high school kids working for them, that are very neat in appearance and the most polite kids I have ever seen working in fast food. Most of the kids at the ones here either attend the Christian Academy or Catholic HS.
They are a bit overpriced in my opinion for what you get, but the chicken is good, and they have the best lemonade - regular or diet- of any fast food joint around!!
Good for them for standing by THEIR values and not caving in to political correctness. I don't think they are going to lose as many customers as Henson may be hoping they will, by breaking their "partnership".
