To save space when sharing links to DU, we have created a new URL shortener: demu.gr

It works on any Democratic Underground URL. Just change "democraticunderground.com" to "demu.gr" and leave the rest of the URL the same. Whenever someone visits a demu.gr page, our software recognizes the short URL and automatically swaps in the full democraticunderground.com address. Check it out:

.gr is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Greece.

Who would have thought that DUmmies like it the Greek way?  :sarcasm:    :rofl:

This because of a hissy fit thrown over the previous attempt. At first it was going to be dem.ug but that got teh gheys wound up and threatening to leave the site...so naturally he backed down.
