Words you would use to describe Republican voters.
This may seem petty to some or it may remind others of Newt Gingrich's words to describe Democrats in 1994? It doesn't matter. I believe we need to fight back and attack Republicans at their weakest point. That would be their supporters.
A few words I can think of right off the top of my head are: insane, weak, pathetic, unpatriotic, uncaring, unsympathetic, tools of the elite, haters of America, greedy, blissfully ignorant, arrogant, and to borrow a couple from Gingrich, pathetic and disgusting.
I think we should use these words at every opportunity because they are not going to be persuaded by facts or logic or common sense. They are a bunch of brain-washed pygmies.
They should be criticized and ridiculed. They should be discouraged and demoralized. They would do the same for you. This is a war for our survival.

1. Fear-driven
Clueless,
Mean,
Misguided.
Then why is it I know of hardly any conservative who is fear driven, yet I can point out to a whole (non)reality based website where every single one of you is driven by fear?

6. Brainwashed and Lazy ... nt

12. Professional victims.
For self-proclaimed "individualists" and "real men" they always seemed to feel under threat from everybody. Socialists, Communists, Liberals, Women, Minorities, who are taking their money and playthings away to give to scary poor people. It's funny how these "strong individualists" always clamor for a "Strong Leader" to lead them to safety.
More projection, we never have claimed victim hood, meanwhile you fools are victimized by everyone who expects you to work for your paycheck, or demands that you give them money in order to have your pot and cheetos.

13. Blinders on....
Mr. Tikki was leaving a grocery store the other day when a lady at a table out front
asked if he were registered to vote republican....she could sign him up right there...
He turned to her and said.."I don't vote against my best interests, and ...uh...I don't vote against yours ."
He said she looked sour after that...
Tikki
Most people when confronted by morons look a little sour.

17. May I ask why you think it is wrong?
I understand the unsavory nature of attacking your opponents with such words. But if they are out to destroy you, which I think they are if their policies are passed into law, then I think we have every right to defend ourselves. And I think this is the best way to do it in a non-violent way. They have declared war on us, whether we know it or not.
I'm not out to destroy you Kentuck, I'm out to make sure that you don't destroy what has made this country great and replace it with some bullshit feel good crap that will enslave us all in the end.

33. obedient
they are just doing what they are told...no questions asked. Because it's what their leaders tell them that God wants them to do...
Yet I can shop at Costco and I won't be torn to bits by fellow conservatives because Costco is run by libs. Try shopping at Wal Mart and admit it on DU. Now tell me who has to be obedient.

37. While it's easy to throw various insulting adjectives, the core one I'd use is "afraid."
Some other people in the thread have landed around that - "fear-driven," "fear-mongering," etc. - but I do think a lot of it boils down to simply "afraid."
Doing something about that, whether pushing it to demoralize people or trying to address it now and then to calm a few people down enough to stop helping make society self-destruct, is a whole other matter, but I'm pretty much convinced that fear is the main motivator for things in the last decade, possibly the last generation or so.
Damn straight I'm afraid, I'm afraid of having every right stripped away all for the common good, I'm afraid of living in a country that no longer even resembles the country that I have loved my entire life. That is why I will support and vote for people who will protect our Constitution, not people who will ignore it and try to rewrite it.
