California, the battleground state for the arguments for and against same-sex marriage, is now considering an unconventional law that would allow children to be legally granted more than two parents.

The bill -- SB1476 -- would apply equally to men and women, and to homosexual or heterosexual relationships. Proposed by State Sen. Mark Leno, D-San Francisco, it has passed the Senate and awaits an Assembly vote.

Yeah, and if gay marriage is OK, why do we deprive people who want to be in group marriages of that natural human rights, huh?

I seem to recall destroying the traditional family was one of the goals of the communists to bring America down.

You take away the traditional family, guns, and the belief in God, then you can easily turn the US into a communist state. It must just be a coincidence that the modern democrat party is actively trying all 3. Though they have backed down a little bit on the guns, although it is suspected that Fast and Furious was about taking away our guns. So it appears that the gun thing is being more quietly pursued.

Why doesn't California just focus on getting themselves out of debt?  Didn't they have three cities file for bankruptcy protection this week?

Liberals seem to forget the internet exists.

When we said legalizing gay marriage would be the keystone to allowing polygamy etc we were told we were reactionary bigots.

But sometimes the slope really is slippery.

Now we just have to wait for someone to dig up these old debates.

Liberals can't lie like they used to and count on not having their words thrown back in their faces years later.
