Was just there today working an on again/off again type of job. When I was released , I went to the Capitol just to sit there, and watch the scenery go by. Keep in mind it's been about 8 months since I was last there; While there, I was asked by about 6 different people if I could bum a smoke. (I only bummed 2, cause I've no idea where I'm getting my next pack) I was asked if I could bum 10 bucks for a buss pass. (NO!) I was asked by someone else if I could bum a smoke who I'm pretty sure was tweaked out. I can tell symptomes. Also got into it from across the street with a ****stick who was screaming at the top of his lungs about Walker. Negative things of course. I just decided to say things like "YOU LOST!," "YOU'RE A LOSER," "I LOVE MY GOV!" and a couple other things that were just slightly more colorful. I was also asked for change by a dirty ass bum.

Not to mention  the shit that is written on the sidewalks around the capitol. "This is NOT over." Ummm...yeah it is! "Solidarity Forever!" How's that working out for ya? And some other cchicken scratch I didn't bother to read fully about A.L.E.C. God bless! Before today, I was thinking about moving back there in a couple months when I'll be able to, but now? It's still in my mind, but I buried it in the waaaaay back. Not a top priority by any means. Am I glad the rest of WI isn't as bat-shit crazy as the MAD city, and Milwaukee.

Rev, can I hijack your thread for a sec?  I have no other place to put this besides to file it under "weird things seen about town."

I work in a city of 25,000.  I go to the post office daily.  Yesterday in this semi-conservative town, I saw a guy walking into the post office.  He was sporting:

Long scraggly shoulderblade-length hair, with a yarmulke-sized bald spot.
Long dangly earrings that sparkled in the sunshine.
An ugly man-face, with wire-rimmed glasses.
A top, unbuttoned half-way.
A mini skirt
Skinny but muscular legs, like a man's, clean-shaven.
High heel sandals

I kept walkin. 

 :mental:  It's one thing to see that in San Francisco.  But northern New York?
