28. Forget concrete, these days it's oil and chip
The last few years around here and in WV, they don't fix the roads to their previous state they just make them passable. I've got no problem with gravel and dirt roads but it frost's my cookies when the wear and tear is caused by mining and logging trucks.
There are days I keep my long gun handy and dream of shooting out the tires of one of those tri-axle monsters.
