Message to the Republicans

Dear Republicans

Today some of our brightest minds in the political arena spoke. These great minds, Limbaugh, Palin, Beck, O'Reilly and Hannity among others had one common message. Obama is a Fascist, Communist and Socialist. Yes, they say he is all three. There is just one problem those are different political systems and don't coexist. Also, they are not telling just what Obama did to earn these labels.

These are the definitions of Fascism, Communism and Socialism. If they are going to call Obama one of these please at least take time to learn what they actually mean and understand you cannot be more than one they are very different. Also, please explain just how anything Obama has done could be considered any of them.

Fascism - governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.

Communism - a theory or system of social organization based on the holding of all property in common, actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state.

Socialism - a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole.

Please, insult President Obama if you like, we know you hate his guts, but at least call him the correct label and more over know what they mean because your really lose your credibility when you speak not knowing what you talking about.

Okay let's take a look at the definitions, according to 0bama if you drag out the dictionary you are stretching to make a point.

Fascism - governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.

So far that is a match with what the 0bama administration has brought on us, 0bama is the dictator who has complete power to ignore laws he doesn't like.
He tires his hardest to forcibly suppress all opposition, so far he hasn't been able to use the law to shut us up, but I'm certain that is in the works.
Regimenting all industry, commerce etc, he did take over GM and is pretty much taking over the energy industry by regulations.
He isn't much on nationalism since he doesn't really like the USA, but as far as racism it can be argued he doesn't like crackers.

So basically fascism fits somewhat.

Communism - a theory or system of social organization based on the holding of all property in common, actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state.

Seems to be his objective, ownership through massive regulations so you could argue that he has communist tendencies.

Socialism - a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole.

Giving GM to the unions could be considered socialism under this definition.

So while one can argue he is not 100% of any of these, he does have a lot in common with all 3.

I almost forgot since you brought up the definition of fascism, what part of that applies to the GOP? I don't see a single thing in common with what we believe in, so you just argued against us being fascists and din't realize it.

Here's another tip, next time you have a message for the repukes, post it somewhere they can respond to it, quit being a chickenshit and only posts it where we can not respond.

8. That's a whole lot of fancy words to say what many of us already know

they consider President Obama nothing more then a "N____er" and when Baggers and Cons think they are safe they do refer to President Obama as a 'N____er". I know I have seen it happen many times over the last few years. It is what they publicly, in the media and in person, what to say. It is also why they hate political correctness.

We would be better off peacefully dividing up the nation before things get out of control, Just give the Pub Baggers the south seeing that the majority live there and we cut them off, let them turn the place into the 3rd world gun toting theocratic nation they so long to have.

How about a link where the media has called 0bama the N word. The only place I have seen that term used to describe him is at DU, and maybe stormfront if I bothered to go look.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

If they're trying to claim there's a difference in socialism and communism, that's a poor definition to use of those words.

They both start out the same (a theory or system of social organization) and then end up saying the same things in different words.  Note:

Quote from:
"the holding of all property in common, actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state"

The holding of all property in common (i.e., the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc.) belongs to the community, and

Quote from:
"the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole"

The ownership of the means of production, distribution, land, etc... belongs to the community.

No difference in those definitions.

Now combine that with...

"governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism"

... and what you have is the desire of the modern day left to control "all property in common ... for the community as a whole" and force everyone to do what they desire with that common property, making it happen outside the law when necessary, planting an American flag by it, and calling it democracy.

So yeah, the modern-day liberal is a combination of all three.

Does it matter what the definitions of the words are when the end result is the same?

Communism-----kill all that disagree.
Socialism-------kill most that disagree.
It's a stretch, but, it works for me. :-)
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

Uhhh...

Also, what is it about a fascist that would preclude him or her from being socialist/socialist?

All three are the same theory of centralized totalitarianism. Just different people in charge.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Socialism and Communism are so simular that it is tough to distinguish between the two of them. The main differences is Classes. Socialism has classes, and Communism does not. Other than that, they are the same. If anything southerdem has to learn what they are before he opens his trap.

Wow - the DUmmies are all riled up today.  Suffice it to say, they have come to realize their little victory dance on Thursday was a temporary one.  Reality may be sinking in to some of them.  It won't hold because DUmmies don't deal with reality but they get little glimpses of it here and there.  By Monday they will be back in denial.

Nice parsing DUmmie, but your definitions are all the theoretical as opposed to practical implementations of Communism and Socialism.  In the real world, all Communist systems have actually been completely autocratic, distinguishable from Fascism in the political arena only by the nomenclature used to describe the parts, while self-identified Socialist systems have ranged between that and some form of parliamentary democracy (Often just the form, without the substance)...both are hostile to private ownership and disposition of property.  Fascism as actually implemented has always meant an autocracy, but with variations up and down the scale on how it regards private property.

Therefore in terms of 20th/21st Century politics and economics, it is entirely possible to be right in attributing Socialist, Communist, and Fascist tendencies to the same person, depending on whether you are talking about their autocratic leadership or their hostility to private ownership of property beyond what the Autocrat thinks is appropriate.

Obama is a fascist by their own definitions.

He seized control of GM and overturned centuries of contract law without a care.

He is using the EPA to enforce "regulations" that he could not get through congress and should not have the weight of law.

The end result of Obamacare will be a hydraulic empire.  The government will eventually use factors such as "historic discrimination" in it's rationing to eliminate nuisance conservative whites.

He is a fascist through and through.
