Oh hush, you CHOOSE to live in the reddest county in NJ. And I don't see anyone crying, but I do see people mad, and I see people opening their checkbooks to go towards ads showing this to be the largest tax increase ever.

As sickening as the ruling is, I am more pissed that one of our own twisted the law and the Constitution to allow 0bama this power grab.  :banghead:

Because when one is a liberal there is never any pressure for them to not act as a liberal, I'm not saying that Roberts caved into pressure, but he may have. The only other conclusion I can come up with, is he did something so brilliant that I can't figure it out, but I'm just grasping at straws I guess.

Perhaps it would be better if you don't assume someone is "one of our own" that has spent more than a week in DC. I, for one, have been lazy over the years & allowed these paracites to infest DC.  I'm going to do my best to remedy that & pray we prevail.

Prior to the decision, the primitives were talking about the RW activist judges on the USSC.  Can't have it both ways, primitives.

I never heard the left use the term "activist judges" until at least 15-20 years after those of us who are conservatives had been using the phrase to describe truly activist judges.
