Is Sarah Palin to Blame

NBC's Today Show is having a little bit of ratings trouble. So far co-host Ann Curry has been taking most of the blame. However, I wonder if the ratings trouble is not result of Sarah Palin.

In April of this year Sarah Palin was a guest co-host for one hour of the Today Show. Shortly after that show the Today Show lost the ratings race to Good Morning America for the first time in 16 years. Ever since that point, Good Morning America has been closing in on the Today Show and has even beaten the Today Show on a few other occasions.

IIRC, the ratings for the day that Sarah was on were their highest ever or at least higher than any recent ratings had been.

Why are they so obsessed with her? I know she is hot and for the little womenmen there way prettier than what they settled for but gah..... it's over......  Sarah has got to be tired.  She is running through their heads ALL.DAY.LONG!

Yeah, basically after her appearance, the audience realized how bad the show they had been watching before that appearance really was, and left after Sarah's gig was done and the show returned to its normal level of suckage.

I think they are secretly in love with her, or really fear her. Either way, it is a good thing. I love the fact that they are fixated on her like they are, as it makes their stupidity shine.

I have a Facebook friend who keeps calling her "irrelevant."  Of course, he also couldn't resist blaming her for the Giffords shooting.  I wish he'd make up his mind.
