Per what I posted in the 'Breaking News' thread on this subject, asserting this privilege is totally inconsistent with Holder's previous claims that planning and running this so-called operation was all done below his level and without visibility to him.

barry is claiming EP on things since JAN 2011. Thats when the cover up began, the running and planning are not covered, as far as I know.

Well that's because if you hold a white Republican president accountable it's considered patriotic. If you hold a Halfrican to the same standards it's racist. I doubt he'd do it because they're personalities would probably clash (though I have been more impressed with Romney than I thought I'd be) but I think I'd cream my jeans if he picked Allen West for VP. I was talking about how Nixon finally resigned after he knew it was over and had no support. NObama hasn't got that kind of ethics. If he had his way he would stay in another 4 years no matter how the election goes.
