Those documents would show that the Bush Administration stopped the program because they realized it wouldn't work.  Liberals are insane, they always think that they can make it work if they try.  This applies not just to socialism, but to all failures.

No it's not.  Grated the Bush administration tried something similiar to this.  But they stopped the operation when a) they ralized they couldn't track the weapons and b) before anyone got killed.

Their program was IIRC terminated way before the terrorist loving Eric Holder came along.

Oh and as for lynching...that's YOUR political party that like to grow those southern trees bearing strange fruit.

Actually, the Bush era program, Project Gunrunner, was instituted with the full cooperation with the Mexican government (the 0bama administration didn't even bother to inform them about Fast & Furious). Here's an excellent article that explains gunrunner (and how it's in no way related to Fast and Furious): Project Gunrunner wasn't Fast and Furious by Any Means.

The purpose of Fast & Furious was not to track guns going into Mexico. F&F was only for PR purposes to get a wave of anti-Second Amendment useful idiots fired up.  The 0bama regime has played this wrong from the get go. Worries me that they are as inept in all other areas of the executive branch.

And that, Jukin, is almost surely what they are so desperately trying to cover up--notes, documents, and emails that explain in detail the plan to use Fast and Furious as a vehicle to attack the 2nd Amendment. They're probably afraid to simply destroy the memoranda and especially the internal emails because they aren't sure how far those emails might have gone. And if those emails came to light after they did try to track all of them down and destroy them (including trashing the computers/servers), then they'd be in a WORLD of shit.

If F&F were really a BFEE holdover, the O-ministration would be shoveling out documentation on it by the bale full would have shoveled out documentation on it by the bale full over a year ago.  Can you believe for a minute that Barry & Co. would avoid smearing Bush's good name for a nanosecond longer than it had to, if they had the records to prove it?

It's kind of sad, really, that they don't think their president is able to take the same kind of criticism and scrutiny other presidents: Bush I&II, Clinton, Reagan, Carter, etc. Evidently, he's too incompetent to stand up and defend himself. Taking this time away from the nations recovery at this point in international concerns is fool-hearty and a waste of the country's time and money. This action on your part is obviously a partisan witch hut that has little to nothing to do with facts or justice.  Your service to our country is not being served by these actions.  This vote should be about a bill that moves the economy off stall and into productivity. I am very disappointed in your leadership in this case and I wish that you would care more about those in need who are being hurt by Republican polices in the states of this country than your desire to make another party unable to help our recovery. With the problems of gun over-site you have been playing Clouseau in a non-substantial case.
Our country's interests are not being served by your actions. You should apologize to your constituency and all the citizens of the US for being so vindictive that you have created a mess of the power given you in your chairmanship.
