There's not enough of the story to excerpt for the front page of the forum.

Mubarak was declared clinically dead by his doctors on Tuesday, the state news agency MENA said in a report confirmed by a hospital source.

Better that he died this way than to be subjected to Sharia "Justice" .

I fully expect his body to be given the 'Il Duce' treatment.  The Muslim Brotherhood will not be denied it's scapegoat this close to rallying the Egyptian mob to their jihadist climax.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

This is how it will plot out, Mubarak will be allowed out of Egypt to get medical treatment (in Saudi Arabia or one of those other radical Islamist kingdoms) and make a magical recovery only never to return to Egypt.
