Because she is too young...at least for the AKC.  I'm not sure all breed registries have the same rules, but the female must be (I think) 12 months and the male 9 months - at the time of the breeding - in order to register the pups.  (You may want to check the exact ages before you give up on it, though.  It's been a long time since I was "in the business" and things may have changed.)

I am so disappointed with myself.  First for being kinda shocked that a dog could be "hung", second for going to go look at the picture that proves it, and third for agreeing that he could be in some sort of freaky furry movie. :lmao:

  Check ACA rules.  Maybe you can still register them there...it's way better than nothing.   :-)

OK another stupid question.... If the dad is all white and the mom is all white and they are full breeds why are the pups different colors?  Are those colors some other kind of standard for the dog or did Bella have a "back door man"?
