They attacked me on my record. Seems they are pretty naive if they don't go after the D in R clothing this cycle. Especially when he allegedly broke state election law. What will they do?

The local Vets knew about me at RECON 2000 four years ago, and your group lied about that too. Never bothered to correct it. You get my drift?

Steve Dawes' recent advocacy of the takeover of Bellevue's gas service by the government, and his desire to squander City money buying flood-damaged riverfront property (putting money in the pockets of his corrupt union cronies), shows all of us that Steve Dawes is not good for Bellevue.:
 

The Bellevue City Council has four Republicans and three Democrats. I guess the R's just rolled over and voted for my union cronies with a 5-0 vote!
 
No mention at the Cave about ALL those posts that said the buyout was a terrible idea.
 
They can't admit an issue that was dead for four full months until my flyer came out was a good thing even AFTER the council passed it. 50,000 people in the city. Bellevue Leader has a circulation of 4,000. I put out 10,000 flyers. Do the math.

 Weather. Calm and clear Humidity: 67%
 Outdoor temperature: range of 67 to 73 degrees Moon Phase: Waning Crescent (14% at full) Moonrise & Moonset. 6:55 AM to 7.46 PM Length of Visible Light. 13h 47m
 Length of Day. 12h 51rn
 Temperature range at location: 72 - 77 degrees Location of Haunting: Private Residence Case Manager/ Lead Investigator. Steven Dawes
 Investigators: Nick H, Jacque, Sandi (training) & Tiffany (training)

 Part One: Location information

 Documentation of previous paranormal investigations/activities: None were found
 Occupant information. The occupants are long time friends of the Dawes family. They moved into this house eighteen years ago where no anomalies were ever witnessed until after their daughter moved out of the house a few years ago.
 Reason for occupants invite. Curiosity

 Occupant experiences at this location: For the last few years they've both heard sounds of footsteps on the south stairwell (which is above their bedroom) at night. Her description states they seem to be going upward, which takes the stairwell user from a backdoor entrance of the house up to the second floor (at one time the house had a "duplex" quality for multiple occupants). Per Joyce's report she has heard this anomaly two or three times a week at times. Their cats sleep in the room with them and are present when the footsteps are heard. No other explanation is available.
 Impressions during the interview: The occupants are long time friends of the family (I've known Joyce since childhood). I have every confidence in their belief that there may be paranormal activity in the house. Even then they were both sincere in their recounting of their experiences and both remained consistent (both occupants agreed on the events related to the accounts).

 Part Two: Investigation notes and events

 Physical condition of location

 (Rating Key. 1- "Very Much"? 2- "Somewhat7 3- Very Little /4- Not at all" 5- "Unsure/Unknown/Not applicable')
 1. Does the overall condition of the location appear to be in good repair?: Yes,
 The home has seen additions and renovations over the years. some of which were done by the current homeowners (more renovation is planned).

 1. The following conditions that were apparent at the location:
 Drafty windows/doors/areas: 3
 Creaky/ unstable floors/doors/walls/stairs. 2 (North stairs causes a lot of noise pollution) Noisy pipes: 4
 Power outlet power box electromagnetic field leaks. 2 (the southwest corner of the dining room has a heavy field emitting from it. Detected on both the tri-field (a consistent reading of over 20) and the KII reader.)

 1. Observations during the investigation:
 -Pet or people distractions/contamination: 4 (2 cats & homeowners were minimal issue during the investigation.)
 -Psychic/Sensitive Impressions: 2 (see notable events below)
 -Automatic writing: 5 (not attempted)
 -Apparitions/Shadows/Orbs/Smoky forms: 4
 -Unexplained smells/odors: 4
 -Rapping's or knockings: 4
 -Tactile anomaly or feelings of being touched (see notable events below)
 -Discarnate Voices or sounds: 4
 -Sensation of being watched or not alone: 3
 -Sensation of suddenly feeling tired or nauseated: 4
 -Sudden mood changes or strong random thoughts: 4

 -Pendulum/ L-rod dowsing activity. 4 (was attempted)
 -Unusual EMF activity: 2 (see notes below)

 Notable events during investigation:
 Time: 9:45-10.25 Location: 2nd Bedroom Investigator. Sandi

 Event. Sandi was in training with Nick and Jacque and was practicing using the KII reader. While doing so she experienced a strong tactile sensation. Per her report she stated 'While using the reader it felt like I someone had grabbed my hand and tugged downward. Per my discussion with her, it wasn't harsh or felt threatening. it felt like someone was reaching out to get her attention.
 NOTE: It should be noted that this was the first paranormal anomaly Sandi has experienced and she found it unnerving at the time. Sandi and I went into great discussion about what she was thinking and feeling about her experience and how to come to terms with it.

 Time: throughout the investigation Location: 2nd bedroom Investigator: Jacque

 Event. Jacque (our medium) reported that she had a few "flashes of insight'. where she felt there was a presence in the 2" bedroom. She explained that it felt like two possible scenarios. One was that its the spirit of a child who finds that particular room appealing and either visits it on occasion or chooses to stay there. Her second theory developed later that night that this spirit could be an elderly woman who either carries a "childlike sense of wonder or is possibly living her afterlife as a child again as it was her happiest time in life. When I incurred about the referring to her as a female. she replied the spirit seems to be making a point to her that it was female in life and still carries the attitudes and attributes of being female in her afterlife. No name or further information was revealed.

 Note: See "Personality notes below for further explanation.

 Time: throughout investigation Location: 2^4 bedroom Investigators. Steven & Nick

 Event. A various times throughout the night. both Steven and Nick along with their trainees experienced an odd reading on their sensory equipment in about the center of the room (by the foot of the bed). The readable area was maybe a foot or so in diameter and was readable from the floor up to the ceiling. Both of their reports were similar and were stated that at times there would be a slight reading around the floor level, but as you raised the reader to higher elevations the reading became stronger. The lights were off in the room and further inquiry found nothing physical that would cause this field.

 Part Three: Results of this Investigation

 Hard Evidence Report:

 EMF details. Reading was taken in all areas of the home. with extra attention given to the 2^4 floor later in the evening.
 Base EMF reading. 0-2 in most rooms, the 2nd bedroom had moments where it raised up to a level of 6
 Photographic evidence: Photo's were taken in all areas of the house thought out the investigation. Any Photo evidence found?: none
 EVP Recordings. Evps were taken in all rooms of the house (except for the bedroom as the homeowners were residing there to avoid hindering our investigation.)
 Any EVP recordings found?: no
 Video Recordings.
 Video Camera locations. One camera was placed in a fixed position, aimed down at the south stairwell where the home owners had been experiencing the discarnate footstep sounds. Over two hours of video was recorded.
 Any video anomalies/evidence found?: no
 Any signs of tampering, dishonesty or hoaxing at the location?: no
 Haunting Activity Tier 2-Minor paranormal activity

 No physical/hard evidence was found while all potential evidence was ruled out as either explainable or unimpressive. However there are documented accounts of personal experiences from the investigators that attended this investigation. At this level there seems to be possible paranormal activity present but no hard evidence to support this statement. Further investigation of the location would be welcomed by Nevermore. At this level we will state there is minor paranormal activity, it is NOT considered haunted by Nevermore P.R.I.

 Conclusion and additional notes of this investigation:

 In my initial conversation with Joyce, she stated she didn't feel anything threatening or upsetting about the suspected activity in the house and I concur with this statement. Our Medium Jacque also stated that the house feels warm and inviting; the impressions she felt in the 2^^ bedroom with pleasant and "happy" feeling as well. Even Sandi stated that her experience wasn't a negative one; she was just extremely surprised by that event.
 This leaves me to conclude that whatever may be residing or traversing through the house is a happy or pleasant personality and simply enjoys the attributes of the house as much as the occupants do. One reoccurring theory between all the investigators that attended is that this spirit may find the 2nobedroom very appealing as its where many of the china dolls the occupants collect are kept. Beside this theory being a possible explanation for the "child personality's" extreme interest in this particular room/ area, it may also explain the fact that the anomalies were never experienced until after their daughter moved out of that room and the china dolls were then placed there.

 As far as providing explanation to the sounds of the footsteps on the stairs. my two theories at this point are as follows:

 1- Its a "traditional ghost/residual energy" that replays a memory from a previous occupant or visitor walking up these particular stairs. This theory stands a bit contradictory as all my studies reveal that most "memory replays" are never noted as occurring 2-3 times in the span of a week. This could signify either a very traumatic or exciting event was unfolding as the person that's causing this residual energy saw these stairs as leading to something or someone of great importance to them in life.
 Its also possible that this residual energy was simply built up over time which created an impression or "groove of some sort, like someone coming home late at night from their daily job or endeavors and the stairs could have represented their last hurdle to overcome (there are between twenty to thirty steps to climb) before they can rest at home for the night. This daily routine is simply continued on through whatever residual energy is present years later.

 2- They are caused by the reported "child personality entering the house to visit the 2nd bedroom. It is interesting to note that the 2^4 bedroom is adjacent to the southern stairs since this is where most of the activities and anomalies were experienced in our investigation. The presence seems very happy to be here and seems to have no intention of leaving the house at this point. I also believe that Jacque & Sandi's experiences could mean that the presence at least interested in that we are trying to communicate with her and its trying to respond.
 But whatever theories or thoughts I have about this house, we have no real evidence to support any of them at this time. If the occupants are willing, I would be interested in making further attempts at collecting something physical. But this is not something I will strongly pursue as the presence is not threatening in any way to the owners. This stems more from my intrigue of the anomalies experienced in the 2^4 bedroom as well as my fondness of occupants and the house itself.
 The bottom line here is that the occupants do not mind the presence being in their home with them and have no intention of asking it to leave. To be honest this seems to be an ideal situation in my eyes. this personality only adds to the vast amount of charm this house already holds and I wouldn't want anything to change either. This was strictly a case of the occupant's curiosity and I am very appreciative that we were invited to investigate and I hope to return in the future to try to obtain something more tangible that a presence (including proof that its female in nature) is there.
 'Personality notes: It should be noted here that its a theory taught to all members of Nevermore P.R.I. is that potentially all spirits in the afterlife may still carry the attributes of their gender, beliefs. personal goals and ideals and so on. It makes sense to us that if a spirit retains all their memories in the afterlife that they would still act very "personal and "human".

 In fact. this is why we use for the term "Personality" for interactive spirits as it better identifies that it acts in a self aware and sentient manner (as opposed to a "residual ghost" or an "apparition"). As studies and reports of paranormal activities have shown, personalities can and do exhibit a wide array of emotions & temperaments or have shown to be playful and loving while others can be dark and angry. For their displays of interaction we treat these personalities with the respect and dignity as we would a living being, therefore we do not use the terms "ghost" or "spirit interchangeably as other parties have done in the past. Other terms used for sentient spirits are "non-corporeal or "disembodied consciousness".
