Actually it does another thing as well. It gives Obama a group of people who are (not quite) citizens, who have (not quite) full benefits of citizenship, that Obama can get to rally to him under the mantra of being "second class citizens".  This is just another class warfare move from the class warfare game grand master.

I applaud him. The states should tell the POTUS to shove it when he tells them stop upholding a federal law. The same thing is happening in Florida with the voter purging. Rick Scott sued the Department of Homeland Security and the DOJ. This whole thing is because they don't want to offend illegals and need their vote for Obama to get re-elected.

Unfortunately, under current SOP, state and local LEO agencies who arrest illegals typically hand them over to ICE - a FEDERAL AGENCY - for deportation proceedings.  With one swipe of his damned pen, he's just told all federal LEO agencies that they're no longer to ACCEPT illegals who can say "29 years old", because who the hell can prove they AREN'T under 30?
