Oh I see....

I did some searching and see where the coroner ruled it a homicide, which it is.  But the case hasn't been presented to a grand jury yet.  Which means this guy may not be charged at all.

Even if the dad stopped the molestation and then calmly and with malice aforethought commenced to beat the perp's brains out with a shovel, a defense attorney wouldn't have to go far to plead "temp insanity" for his client.

There's a whole bunch of dads out there that would probably do the same thing -- wig out and proceed to kick ass and not bother to take names.
