I have no idea where that guy is trolling because I haven't heard most of the names he lists, out of his entire list the only ones I've seen are, oh, before I forget, in Connecticut Linda McMahon is almost tied with her Democratic challenger for the Senate, in Blue State Connecticut. OK, back to Obama names, these are the only ones that look familiar:

From 2000 to 2008 one of the most popular nicknames for the president at the DUmp was "chimp". For some reason at the end of 2008 that nickname became racist.

When Scott Brown got elected a couple years back, I seem to recall a few whiny DUmmies making a thread dedicated to coming up with an insulting nickname for him. The one they decided on was, typical for DU, stupid and obscene.
