I never knew there was a Republican website that is pro-Obama!!!

It's called http://republicansforobama.org/

Republicans for Obama is a grassroots organization of proud party members who all share one important trait— we are Americans first and Republicans second.

Founded in late 2006 as part of the nationwide effort to encourage then-Senator Obama to run for the Presidency, our volunteer-run, grassroots group now includes thousands of members from across the nation. Together, we represent a cross-section of the millions of Republican and conservative independents who support President Obama's reelection in 2012.

Although we have campaigned, worked for, and voted Republican all our lives, we recognize that President Obama is the right leader for our country at this time. Our current Republican leadership is unable to stand up to the most extreme elements in our party, no matter the circumstance. Meanwhile, President Obama has challenged his own party on numerous issues, including taxes, healthcare and foreign policy. President Obama has forged a pragmatic, common-sense path forward during a challenging time.

President Obama has rejected the politics of division and the win-at-all-costs attitude that has hurt our ability to move forward as a nation. While we as Republicans will not always see eye to eye with President Obama, we know that his politics of unity is the only way forward for America.

Who knew that there were moonbat republicans? Oh wait they are the RINOs.

1. Wow, I never knew that either. That kind of stuns me actually and makes me wonder

Last edited Fri Jun 8, 2012, 07:29 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1)

how many people actually are members at the site.

Just reading a few of the comments on the Zimmerman shooting and it actually sounds like DU comments over there.

Is it possible that not all Republicans are ass wipes?

3. I haven't deeply delved into it

but it sounds like it's for moderate Republicans who think Obama is the better choice. But if they're registered Republicans, they can't vote for the Democrat incumbent-- or can they?

No, you have to change your registration in order to cross party lines when you vote.  :whatever: What a stupid question.

7. My in-laws are Obama supporting Repubs...

They love him.

No real republican would ever support the policies of 0bama.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Uh.........no.

I know several Rockefeller Republicans who voted for Dear Leader and even they aren't as whacko as the articles and comments written on that site.  They may not necessarily like the Party having as many conservatives as it does, but they aren't the kooks represented there.

If I had the knowhow, I can start a DUmbocratics for Romney, web site.
What's the big deal, DUmpmonkeys?
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

Nothing about that website is believable. I suspect a little treasure hunting would confirm my instincts on it, but frankly - I feel they aren't worth the effort.

I'll bet not 3 names in 10,000--if there's that many--are authentic Republicans, liberal, moderate, conservative.

It's just another predictable Democrat fake.

Where do I sign up.  I suspect this group is fake (Toronto??)  Back when the press was flogging the Coffee Party, I checked their website & found they had over 70 members. I'm willing to bet they got more press stories than they had members.

When I saw this thread title I thought it was talking about Free Republic.

Crazy ol' JimRob has banned a trainload of members for supporting the Republican candidate.

How many of their members were signed up by a typical hack dem registration canvasser ? Also, how many are still ostensibly among the living ?
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.
