Walker's impending indictment
At the end of W's first term, and at the end of W's second term, there were many predictions he would declare martial law in order to avoid losing his power.
Are these "Walker is going to be indicted" rumors the same kind of lunacy? Or is there a there there? I've seen all the headlines, but nothing of substance that seems that meaty.
