75-year-old Milwaukee man accused of shooting his 13-year-old neighbor appeared in court Saturday morning.

John Spooner was charged late Friday afternoon with first-degree intentional homicide.

The court set Spooner's bail at $300,000, and he was ordered not to have any firearms and not to have contact with anyone at the victim's address.

The criminal complaint said Spooner admitted to police during his arrest that he shot Darius Simmons.

Charging documents detailed what witnesses say they saw the day of the shooting. The victim's mother, Patricia Larry, told police her son was retrieving the family's trash cans from in front of their house when Spooner approached him, saying he "wanted his stuff back" and that he "wanted his shotguns back."

Spooner accused Simmons of stealing from his home.

Larry said she then witnessed Spooner shoot her son in the chest.

According to the criminal complaint, when police arrived on scene Spooner said, "Yeah, I shot him."

WISN 12 News reporter Marianne Lyles found out that just an hour before the shooting, Spooner opened up about his frustrations with neighbors.

Milwaukee police said they recognized the area around 19th and Arrow streets address when the call came in about a man they said shot his teenage neighbor. Dispatch records obtained by WISN 12 News show the Spooner called 911 at least 15 times in five years, including four stolen guns after a break-in Tuesday.

Doesn't that white know that only black people are allowed to kill black people? That's why Chicago might be the most progressive city in the US: an 0bama is from there, there's an 0bamaite in the mayor's office, and *******IT, BLACK PEOPLE GET KILLED BY BLACK PEOPLE, THE WAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE!

Iraq War veteran killed; widow says Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law is free pass for murder

When David James, an Iraq War veteran, escaped combat in the Middle East unscathed, his wife Kanina breathed a sigh of relief.

"I would worry about him but I thought he'd be safe here," she said.

Kanina was wrong; and now wants to know why Trevor Dooley, a 71-year-old retired bus driver, shot her husband in broad daylight, right front of their eight-year-old daughter. Dooley claims it was self defense. Kanina James calls it murder.

Daniel Adkins' killer claims self-defense: Unarmed man shot, killed outside Arizona Taco Bell

In a case that is being compared to the Trayvon Martin shooting, a black man who shot and killed an unarmed man outside an Arizona restaurant is claiming self-defense.

On Tuesday, April 3, 2012, around 7:30 p.m., 29-year-old Daniel Adkins, who appears to be a white male Hispanic, was killed outside a Laveen, Arizona, Taco Bell at 7233 South 51st Avenue, near Baseline Road, said Phoenix police.

Authorities said the shooter, a 22-year-old black man, was pulling out of the Taco Bell drive thru when he crossed paths with Adkins, who was walking his dog on the sidewalk.

He was injured March 13 when, police say, Tyrone Woodfork, 20, entered the house and attacked, allegedly beating and sexually assaulted Strait's 85-year-old wife, Nancy Strait, who died two days later. The couple had been married for 65 years.

OK guys time to get real. Self preservation can hit some terrable bumps in the road.

Scenerio here.

A 7 year old with a problem with anger finds a small gun at home and brings it to school.  No problem until in the class room until another 7 year old calls them an ass wipe.

This problem child has been since a year old allowed to watch the hack em slash em movies with family, heads roll and blood goes everywhere.  But the dead now arise to be in another movie or alive and well on talk shows. 

We have just a little kid that was raised on blood and gore now armed with a lethal weapon not knowing that if he kills others they will not spring to life the next day.

So the child shoots the teacher and the kid or kids laughing at him, in come the cops to find this little kid has the gun up to the head of another child and this child will die.

Question here, the child is but a baby, troubled and has taken the lives of a few class mates and shot their teacher.   Now in seconds this child will end the life of another child.

If you were the responding officer what would you do ?????

Ways to prevent stuff like this from happening..........

1) teach your kids to stay on their side and respect other people's property. 

I can betcha this guyd was pushed to the limits with them getting away with everything and the police not being able to or willing to get the culprits.  Maybe that kid wasn't the one that day but his parent's can now live with the fact that they are harboring the person responsible.  Time for snitching.

If he acts aggressive when they come to arrest, shoot him.
