I don't think he does. If Romney sticks to the economy, taxes, employment, energy, etc, he will beat Obummer like a red headed stepchild.

Anything within 4 points either way is a tie at this point, the important part is the trend, and whether the polls are 'Likely voters' or something else less significant.
