All eugenicists suck.

Some of them worked to attain their vision of 'purity' via outright extermination. Others, like Sanger, worked to achieve gradual extinction through an assortment of means- mostly under the guise of 'women's health'.

I would posit that the ones who behave like Sanger are worse than the genocidal eugenicists. Because the former works toward the same goal as the mass murderers without the victims realizing they are victims at all.
