On Fox news right now, and they are talking about this with Brit Hume, Mort Kondracke, Mara Liasson and Charles Krauthammer. Mort and Mara were ripping on Bush, and got smacked down by Charles when he pointed out that Obama started this by attacking Bush in the debates over his foreign policy. This upset Mort who came back with a real weak response and got further schooled by Brit. Funny stuff.

That part of Brit's show is my favorite thing to watch on Fox.  The last 15 minutes of his show.

I heard the speech and Bush did not say Obama. He was referring to a group of people. Gees, they are so thin skinned.  ::)

They are all idiots and all the more reason to not let them have more power.

the line that biden is spinning on this one is, "I heard from people I trust, people in the media, that the bush people said on background that this was a reference to obama".  he said that over and over on something I was watching;  it may have been hardball.

first of all, background is just that, background.  it is unattributed, and there is an understanding that it isn't to be used in the story, but to give the reporters a "feel" for the situation.  but most egregiously, this is a triple hearsay.  it's no better than idle gossip.

the faux outrage from the dems on this one ridiculous.

The dumbyrat response sure sounds like "collective guilt".

Funny how the dims/libs can leave the country, because they are too cowardly on American soil, to speak ill of President Bush.

President Bush didn't say any single name, however, the reaction sure sounds like he hit a grand slam because the defeatocrats sure reacted as if he hit them in the sweet spot.

They literally melted down over this on PMSNBC this morning.
