What about Calpiggy calling everyone "my dear DUmpmonkey"? Her use of "dear" is condescending, sarcastic and insulting.

A 3-3 vote gets left alone, subject to change by rule of jury. The jury could vote 4-2 to change the rules of the jury. That is, unless "The Magistrate" fillabusters.
