Oh my, how thoughtful

Absolutely, I can't think of a better way to celebrate Mothers Day, than to fund baby murder. :banghead:
What a disgrace.

Senator: For Mother's Day, fund pro-choice group byJoel Gehrke Commentary Staff Writer
Share on emailShare on printFollow on Twitter:Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., built a fundraising pitch for the pro-choice political action group EMILY's List around the upcoming Mother's Day holiday.

"This Mother's Day, I can't think of a better way to honor all the mothers in the country -- past and present -- than with a contribution to EMILY's List," Gillibrand wrote in the email [all emphasis original]. "They're the ones working tirelessly to elect the pro-choice Democratic women who are making sure that our freedoms are protected for generations to come."

She opened the pitch by talking about her own family. "I've said it before: as the mother of two young boys, finding the right balance between work and family isn't easy," Gillibrand wrote. "But we do it, we figure it out, because it's our children -- our nation's future -- that we're all fighting for every single day."

The group's website explains that "EMILY’s List is dedicated to electing pro-choice Democratic women to office." To that end, they report fundraising over $86 million for their candidates since 1985.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

Only thing better would be to shoot a union worker on Labor Day.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Aborted children have no future Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y. which one of your two children would you have denied a future if given a "Choice" or would you have denied both a future.
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

Makes about as much sense as donating to that Westboro church group to protest at funerals.
Just asinine. Here's a personal message to that fooking idiot senator.... :bird:

They might as well go whole hog and hand out Pro-Choice Mother's Day gift sets in return for campaign donations... a coupon for Planned Parenthood, a speculum, and twenty bucks in cab fare.

"because it's our children" ...really?

I'm pretty happy that I didn't get aborted, how about the rest of you folkes that can take a breath?

These people don't give a dang about "Wimmins rights" they just want you to be able to kill babies in order to save Giaia.

Hell just the other day they were defending North Korea for making capsules containing powerized baby flesh.

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, May 11, 2012, (LifeSiteNews.com) – This Sunday, children of all ages will celebrate the role mothers play in their lives. But Vogue model Christy Turlington Burns and a host of female celebrities are encouraging mothers across the nation to ignore their children as part of “No Mother’s Day,” a sign of their support for reducing maternal mortality by supporting family planning and global access to abortion.

The campaign asks women to “disappear” on Mother’s Day to raise awareness of maternal mortality rates and underscore “just how much a mother is missed when she’s gone.” But amidst positive initiatives such as improved health care for complications such as hemorrhage and sepsis, the campaign promotes “safe” abortion, and the legalization of abortion in nations where the practice is currently illegal, as a means of lowering maternal deaths.

A press release for Every Mother Counts, the nonprofit Turlington launched in 2010, notes a new PSA “features moms encouraging other moms to join in solidarity by disappearing on May 13th, Mother’s Day. No phone calls. No emails. No social media. No gifts.”

Turlington told Time magazine, “It’s a day to stop going through the motions…It’s about taking that [day] back.”

The spot, which was posted online last Wednesday and is directed by Ed Burns, features Turlington, former “Will and Grace” star Debra Messing, NBC’s Ann Curry, Jennifer Connelly, Kelly Rutherford, Blythe Danner, Dayle Haddon, and other high-profile women.

I can't remember the idiot's name, but Rush used to play a clip from some NAGs rally of some woman who said that she supported abortion because her mother didn't have that choice.

I think they did this last year too, I seem to recall it being so.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

I will never understand the thought process that considers the murder of children to be a good thing.  Moloch would love today's world.

The modern leftwing movement grew out of 18th century occult societies. It makes sense that child sacrifice would be the top of their agenda.

It's the world many are trying to create. No moral code, no judgement, if it feels good do it. many hide willingly or ignorantly behind the thought that "It doesn't affect me personally what's the big deal".
