Will the bullying revelations force Romney to withdraw?
I wonder what is being whispered in the halls of Repuke power brokers right about now.

Oh, to be a bug on one of those walls.

Really DUmbasses? Really?

The economy's in the shitter, unemployment high, a national debt of Biblical proportions, your President dancing around about how his queerness has evolved, and this is what you're pinning your electoral hopes and dreams on?

Really? A couple of high school pranks and a dog riding on the roof of a car? This is your battleground, your gotcha moment? Please, for God's sake, so I won't feel compelled to feel sorry for you, please tell me you have more than this.

3. I have a couple Repuke acquaintances. Each was a victim of

school bullying. So I'll be keeping my ear to the ground.

I was not kidding.

I'm really sorry to hear that. Bless your heart.

10. If Romney's base starts jumping ship, I would imagine the

Repuke power brokers\fund raisers would start pressuring Romney to act in the best interests of the party, so as to prevent down-ballot disaster.

Yep, I'm standing on the railings right now, just waiting for that big wave to pass by...waiting...waiting...

11. I don't think he can stand too many more revelations

Revealing his tax returns over the last ten years I think would be the coup de grace.

Oh - my - God, he's a Mormon...and he...he...called a kid names in high school...and...and...he had a dog on top of his car...and he...and he...his wife has blonde hair...and...and...

Bless your heart.

Damn you, Mitt Romney, you harrasser of hippies, you! I shake my fist at you, you bully! Harrumph! To hell with the economy! To hell with freedom! Let it all burn, as long as this insensitive cad doesn't become Bully-In-Chief! Harrumph!

OK, it's official, official in my mind at least, the left is officially crazy! I kind of knew they were. but this confirms it now. These people must be desperate if they think an allegation from 45 years ago will make a person who's unemployed, who can't afford gas, that an allegation like this will make that person say "I'll vote for Obama". I'm not the type of person who uses vulgar language much, but it's warranted here, you people are f**king nuts!

Wow, a revelation from 50 years ago that's starting to fall apart because one guy who said he was a witness wasn't even there, it turns out, and didn't even know about it until about a year ago. Because the whole freaking country is going to care about what someone did 50 years ago in high school.

Can't believe I had to turn my IPod on while in bed to say this, you fools must be terrified of Romney, I just realized that now. The bozo is losing in all the polls and you're grasping because your ideology that's been in force for the past 3 years has been a failure and all you have to show for it is a President who came out yesterday and took the same position on gay marriage that Dick Cheney took 3 years ago! :bird:

The most astounding thing about it all is that Obama actually advocated the conservative State's Rights argument. He got put in such a pickle that he had no choice. I almost felt sorry for the marxist prick but then came to my senses. The DUmmies were cheering the POTUS for it without even understanding the implications of it all. A few of them have began to realize it, but most still have not comprehended what happened yesterday. I think this is one of the most important moments in the history of our study of the primitives.

A question emerges in reading the Washington Post piece on Mitt Romney today: How can Romney’s old pal Stu White tell the Washington Post that he has “long been bothered by the Lauber incident” — and then later admit to ABC News that he was “not present for the prank” and “was not aware of it until this year when he was contacted by the Washington Post”?

This is curious.

The Washington Post story reports: “I always enjoyed his pranks,” said Stu White, a popular friend of Romney’s who went on to a career as a public school teacher and has long been bothered by the Lauber incident.”

But ABC News, says: “White was not present for the prank, in which Romney is said to have forcefully cut a student’s long hair and was not aware of it until this year when he was contacted by the Washington Post.”

(Emphasis mine.)

What are we to make of this?

Washington Post Changes Story, Doesn't Admit Error

Quote
On Thursday, Breitbart's Retracto, the Correction Alpaca asked the Washington Post to correct its anti-Mitt Romney hit piece wherein it included an inaccurate and misleading statement about his past. The error was exposed when Stu White contradicted WaPo's reporting in an interview with ABC.

The original copy:

Quote
“I always enjoyed his pranks,” said Stu White, a popular friend of Romney’s who went on to a career as a public school teacher and has long been bothered by the Lauber incident. "But I was not the brunt of any of his pranks."

The changed copy, my emphasis:

Quote
“I always enjoyed his pranks,” said Stu White, a popular friend of Romney’s who went on to a career as a public school teacher and said he has been "disturbed" by the Lauber incident since hearing about it several weeks ago, before being contacted by the Washington Post. "But I was not the brunt of any of his pranks."

http://twitchy.com/2012/05/11/wapo-is-full-of-it-says-family-of-romneys-alleged-bullying-victim/

Quote
She said if John were still alive today he would be "furious" about the story.

Quote
"Portrayal of John is factually incorrect & we r aggrieved he'd be used to further political agenda. There'll b no more comments from family"

Quote
The publication reported that White had “long been bothered” by the Romney bullying incident, when in fact, he wasn’t witness to it, and wasn’t aware of the story until contacted by the Washington Post. The Post changed its piece after we made our request without informing its readers of the change.

Rassmussen.  I know he runs a three day average, and it could be worse tomorrow.  We shall see.   I don't think the gay revelations mean much, since the libs will figure it out sooner or later; that he was nothing but being duplicitous.  On the flip side of that, he really didn't say much to strike fear in conservatives either. The liberal factions hear what they want to hear.  It was all just meant to maximize donations at this early stage.  Won't be a factor down the road.  As this story of bullying falls apart, it's another lesson in Lucy that they will never get.

Watching the polls on the "bullying" story is one thing.

Watching as the story unravels and more and more people see they are being played for suckers will be...glorious.

They can't control the message anymore with cable TV, the internet, Twitter et al.

And we've gotten smarter. We learned from 2 terms of Clinton and McCain impotence. We aren't sitting back and letting others do our messaging for us. We know how to do it ourselves and we're getting our own story out.

Too bad for the primitives.

By the way, one wonders how the primitives are taking Bill Clinton trashing the Magic One.

One suspects the primitives now think the Impeached One is a racist, too.....
