He is over 50.  However, most people have done something meaningful before they get books written about them.  What gets me is that he wrote two "autobiographies" before anyone had heard of him.  That is one of the big things that cause me to wonder about the whole Manchurian Candidate thing.

Well, for starters, he didn't write them and EVERYTHING points to Manchurian Candidate now. Sorry, I am NO conspiracy theorist, but this shit is just playing out too well for the case.

Why do we put up with all this as Conservatives and not get up off our ass and do a bit of demonstraiting also, why do we who see the downfall, sit around yelling about injustice not fight back against  what is to come ?

Secretariat was his dam sire(maternal grandfather). He has Northern Dancer (goes back to the great Native Dancer) on his sire's side.
Of course he retired from stud duty back in 2008 and now lives the life of total leisure.

Yes I'm a big Storm Cat fan and he was pensioned several years back (2008, I believe) and is now enjoying the life of Riley.  A.P. Indy (Son of Seattle Slew!) is now Mr. Studley of Studs but as he is now 23 years old he probably will be retired shortly.  This years' Kentucky Derby field is chock full'o babies descended from those two.

Storm Cat's mommy (dam) is Terlingua who is a daughter of the great Secretariat.

I like to bet on the horses and I try not to be a "Squee!  Pretty horsie"! type, but most of the time it is difficult as they truly are magnificent, awesome and beautiful creatures.
